Sansbury Eye Center - Forest Acres

I had appointments for myself and my two teenagers today, and we had the best experience. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking most places, that was not our experience today at Sansbury (Beltline) we were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. I didn’t catch the name of the sweet lady wearing glasses at the front door but she was very pleasant and welcoming at 8:30am. Dr Taylor is very personable, friendly, and thorough. Sam and Josh are amazing at what they do and have amazing customer service. I look forward to returning to this office next year for our annual eye exams. Thank you to this amazing staff for being extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable, and offering the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!!

I have been a patient at Sansbury for 35+ years and the experience has always been great. I recently switched from the Harbison location to Beltline when my doctor passed away. Yesterday I walked in at 5:35 when they were supposed to be closed (5:00 closing time) but the door was unlocked because a patient was still picking new glasses. I had a pair of broken glasses that I was hoping to get fixed. A young man took them in the back and brought them back 10-15 minutes later as good as new. He very easily could’ve said sorry we’re closed. Come back tomorrow, And I would’ve understood. Instead, he went ahead and fixed what was broken and also replaced the nose pads while he was at it. He handed them back to me and said have a great evening.

I absolutely love going here. The professionalism you receive from the time you make your appointment until you get your eyes check and eventually glasses or contacts is outstanding. Everyone here is so friendly. I'm mad I only come once a year but every time I visit my experience is beyond amazing. From top to bottom everyone does an amazing job here. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They do an amazing job.

Dr Taylor and Kayla made impressions of my eyes and were able to order contact lenses that were a much better fit. The increased comfort level allows me to wear them longer each day. They spend as much time as needed to make sure I have safe and comfortable fitting lenses. They are always professional and very friendly. I am very pleased with the level of personal service provided by Sansbury Eye Center.

Had a visit on June 4th for an eye exam, my first time there. I thought the entire staff including Dr. Zuckerman was very professional and polite . I will be going back in the future.
